Inner Mongolia Xintai Industrial Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xintai Group") is an industrial conglomerate established in 2017 by Xinganglian (Shanxi) Holding Group Co., Ltd. It is a cross-regional, group-based ferrochrome production enterprise that integrates production, R&D, marketing, industry, and trade, with a registered capital of 553 million yuan. Xintai Group is located in the beautiful grasslands of Ulanqab City, Inner Mongolia, and its industries are primarily distributed across six regions: Fengzhen City, Xinghe County, Chahar Right Front Banner, Chahar Right Middle Banner, Shangdu County, and Huade County.

In January 2020, XGL deepens the mechanism for each factory and implements authorized operation. The 10 high-chromium factories are all profitable, exceeding the annual budget target.

In December 2020, Inner Mongolia released the "Top 100 Private Enterprises in 2020", and Xintai Group ranked 1st in Ulanqab City and 20th in Inner Mongolia.
In December 2020, XGL formulates a new five-year development strategy - "532". By 2025, the annual ferrochrome production capacity will reach 3 million tons and the annual output value will be 20 billion yuan. - 2019

- In February 2018, Xinghe Xin Feng begins construction on a project to produce 50,000 tons of medium- and low-carbon ferrochrome per year, extending the industrial chain.

- In January 2017, XGL expands rapidly and establishes six factories: Fuxin, Xingda, Lutai, Xingxin, Xinzhong, and Rongshun, adding 550,000 tons of new capacity and bringing the annual ferrochrome production capacity to 1.3 million tons.
In October 2017, Inner Mongolia Xintai Industrial Group is established to centrally manage 13 factories, make quick decisions, and leverage the advantages of the production base.

- In March 2016, XGL cooperates with Tsingshan Steel Group to build a 600,000-ton high-carbon ferrochrome production base in Indonesia, taking the first step in its overseas strategy.
In June 2016, XGL built its collectivized IT management platform, pioneered the Amoeba business accounting system, in collaboration with YONYOU.
In July 2016, XGL Xinghe Xintai builds a 12MW mineral thermal furnace tail gas power generation project.

- In April 2013, XGL proposed a new strategic plan, which is to achieve a production value of 10 billion yuan and create 100 millionaires by its tenth anniversary.
In May 2013, Xinghe Xintai, Shangdu Xintai, and Xintai Taiyang smelters were established successively, with a focus on heavy assets and light operations. They added a production capacity of 400,000 tons and created a platform for employees to achieve wealth.
In October 2014 XGL invests nearly 100 million yuan to build a pre-reduction chromite pellet hot charging project for mineral thermal furnaces, and obtains a national patent. This is the first hot pellet charging production line in China. - 2012-2013

- In January 2009, XGL formulated the strategy of "three years and ten times speed", i.e. from 2009 to 2011, it would take three years to produce 200,000 tons and achieve an output value of RMB 2 billion.

In September 2009, Inner Mongolia Xintianyuan Company was established. In November, Inner Mongolia Tongwang wasestablished.
In February 2010, XGL (Shanxi) Holding Group was established in Taiyuan to promote scale and standardized management.
In April 2010, XGL wholly acquired Tongwang Company, and built another 2*16500KVA ferrochrome furnaces, the strategic policy of leasing furances before builing one was substantially implemented.
In September 2010, selected staff of XGL were sent to Benxi Iron and Steel Institute for further education.
In June 2011, Fengzhen Xintai Company was established, and four new closed submerged arc furnaces (25,500KVA) were built up. An extra capacity of 200,000 tons of ferrochrome was added, making it the first operration that started production in Fengzhen. - 2007-2008

The design of the LOGO is simple, grand, modern and industrial, using a combination of colors, graphics, and letters.

The letters "XGL " are the initials of "Xin Gang Lian " in pinyin. The design of the English font, the combination of the initials and the graphics, highlights the international style and the temperament of the modernized enterprise. Among them, the number "1" in the lower right corner of the letter "C" represents the vision of striving to be a first-class international enterprise, putting customers first, the industry first, service first, and professionalism first, and the Beautiful aspirations for the future.
